Together with CTP's Standards-Based Math for Grades 1-2, these are easily the best Math workbooks I found for my second grader.
The creative approach used to introduce and emphasize key concepts keeps my son interested in doing the exercises. He actually had fun with many of them.
Each exercise is long enough to get the point accross, without being so long that it feels like "more school."
